Who's the best tickler?
Male or Female

Well it's a hard decission. Booth are very good tickler (like Charlee from tickle torture) or Knismo from Stuck in the Stocks. They tickle booth without any mercy. I've voted for "Male"

Personally i think the gals are the better ticklers, and i would not consider Charlee a good Ler, i prefer the kinda more leaning toward intense tickles, and she dont got it....however im sure she's a great Ler for those who enjoy the lighter stuff. Tickle abuse has enjoyed a few good Lers. Or the last few ive seen i thought were good anyways.
