THE BIRDS AND THE BEES

A father asked his 10 year old son if he knew about the birds and the
bees.

"I don't want to know!" the child said, bursting into tears. "Promise
me you won't tell me."

Confused, the father asked what was wrong.

"Oh dad," the boy sobbed, "when I was 6 I got the there's no Santa
speech. At 7, I got the there's no Easter Bunny speech. When I Was 8,
you hit me with the there's no Tooth Fairy' speech."

Finally the boy said, "If you tell me that grown-ups don't really
make love, I'll have nothing left to live for!"

It always interests me when I hear the 'torrment' parents go through when telling their kids about the birds and the bees. Why? Cos my folks never did (weird huh?!). They left me to find out at school. 🙂 Fortunately my mates knew something about it, although their interpretations were rather bizarre I got the gist of it!

That reminds me of...

... the 70 years old man who married a girl aged 20. When they retire for the wedding night, he asks her if she knows about... well, birds and bees and such. Blushing deeply, she says: "No."

The old man grumbles: "Too bad, and I've forgotten everything about it!" 😀

I learned about it in school, too. I didn't learn it from my parents and I didn't want to. I dunno, talking to my parents about that kind of thing...? The thought makes me sick.
