It would seem that whoever designed the counter for views of an individual thread never dreamt of Biscuit's success.
The number of views of his monster thread, "Early Experiences (Please Read and Contribute)" in the Post Stories forum, is stuck at 65,535.
This in one less than 2^16 (two to the sixteenth power). In binary, it would be written as 1,111,111,111,111,111 without the commas.
So aparently the counter for views of an individual thread can hold no more than 16 bits.
Any way to fix this, Myriads?
