the dale earnhardt sr. and jr. thread!

any thoughts, comments,opinions.likes dislikes?

dale sr. loved playing jokes and had a good sense of humor.
one day flying home from a race with his pit crew his gasman(chocolate meyers) was sleeping when dale jumped on him, pinned him down and gave him a hicky on his neck. dale got off laughing and said"now go expain that to your wife. that's just one story about sr. i think is so funny.

One of my favorite memories of SR was the ride across the grass. That's nothing something you're likely to see again.

SR was my older brother's driver and therefore my driver right up until he died. Now my brother's driver is JR and I moved on to Smoke. I love JR too but he doesn't have the personality quirks that his daddy had and that I think Smoke has too. He's a great driver and a great role model though.
