Well, let me play the other side of the record. I am 100% gay and yet I can get turned on watching women being tickled. I have not done any play with women and it probably won't happen, but sometimes I will watch a video or read a story and really enjoy it and be turned on by it.

I am reminded that the very definition of a fetish is a paraphilia; being sexually aroused by objects or situations that are not normally considered sexual. In your case, you are more aroused by being tickled than you are turned off by being topped by a man. And ironically a man may make a more aggressive tickle top and therefore be a better fetish experience. Yes, it is confusing.

You may want to take a Buddhist approach and treat yourself with compassion. Your fetish is something to accept and love about yourself because it can give you a great deal of pleasure and because suppressing it will surely backfire in some self loathing way. It also can be a window by which you can view the world from a different perspective. There may be times when tickle play with a man is exactly what you need and it can be convenient for you because it is NOT about love and does not get emotional for you. It can just be about getting off. And if you get off on the submissive aspects of the play, submitting to a man can add to the intensity.

I believe is that you had a fun experience and you would do it again. However I don't think your fundamential ideas of what makes you happy in a relationship or in other sexual aspects has changed. Ultimately when you find a serious partner this interest will probably fade as long as you are getting the tickling you need from her. That does not mean you won't have some very pleasant memories of the experimenting you did.

I identify as a lesbian and all my fantasies involve being tickled by a woman. 🙂 Even when I identified as an asexual straight girl, my tickle fantasies have always remained consistent. And yes, like JerryB said, I think your arousal had way more to do with your fetish than the fact that it was a guy doing it to you. True, it is rarer that male 'lees and 'lers venture beyond playing with the sex they're attracted to, but it does happen (and this problem doesn't exist in male bisexuals, of course). But no, I wouldn't worry about your sexual orientation changing because of this experience. If you don't see yourself doing sexual acts with a man or being in a relationship with one, you're still the same straight male ticklephile as usual. 🙂
