The foot fetish question of all time

OK,
1. A guy loves soft, pretty, female feet.
2. But he also loves to tickle soft, pretty, female feet.
3. And loves to tickle restrained soft, pretty, female feet.

So, does he have just a foot fetish? Or is it a foot fetish with a couple of sub-fetishes mixed in? Or, does he have three separate, distinct fetishes?

I'd like to see different points of view, especially from those who can personally relate to this, and have pondered the same question.

I would say the person described likes feet, bondage and likes to tickle. I would say they have a foot fetish in the loosest terms.

More info would be needed to correctly identify the person as technically having a foot fetish, being a ticklephiliac, and having a bondage fetish. Does the person require feet and/or bondage to sustain sexual arousal? Are they sexually aroused by tickling? These two questions would need to be answered to label them with paraphilias and fetishes.

I loath labels. They only complicate things.

Thanking you much. But on a serious note, I think they are completely different fetishes.

For example, I'm into feet. But I would just as soon rub them as tickle them. Similarily, bondage and tickling don't always go together (but they do usually fit pretty well).

I feel you need to go back and read what I wrote as I feel you missed something in it. I stated there is no need to complicate things with labels. I gave my opinion in that I would say loosely the person had a foot fetish. I then went on to give you a little bit more insight in what would be required to be technically labeled with a paraphilia and/or fetish.

If you do not wish for people to answer with educated responses and opinions, then perhaps you should reword your questions to exclude educated responses.

I would just look at everything individually. Do feet on their own, without tickling, without restraints, cause sexual arousal? If so, then yes, the guy has a foot fetish.

If he is only interested in tickling, and doesn't care for feet if he can't tickle them, then he has a tickling fetish. 🙂

And if bondage without tickling arouses him, then he also has a bondage fetish.

Whatever goes without anything else paired in it, I would call a fetish for that thing.

I can't speak for RavenMoon, but I didn't read it that way. For example, there are times when someone posts something like, "Who's more ticklish? Men or women?" I never understand that one and regularly state that gender doesn't matter and it simply depends on the person. My responses may seem a bit short or abrupt at times, but they're not intended to be negative. Personally, while I tend to agree with her point of view on this, I think you have every right to ask the question. I believe it's a good one. 🙂

You'd need alot more information about the person. Just because he likes to tickle restrained feet doesn't have to mean he has ANY of those fetishes, let alone all three.

For example, I enjoy bondage with tickling ALOT, but that's because it intensifies my tickling experience. Outside of tickling, I wouldn't say I have a bondage fetish that comes anywhere close to my tickling fetish. I have an interest in bondage outside of tickling, but I'd never join a bondage forum or look at bondage pics online. My interest just isn't that strong.

Also, I know someone on the TMF who actually doesn't have a tickling fetish as much as a laughter fetish, and tickling is just the easiest way, in his opinion, to get to laughter, and thus his interest in tickling was born.
