Where have we come? Where are we going? Forward, backward, stagnent? This is the topic of this thread. There were a few magazines, a few internet resources, a few video companies, that supposedly sucked...maybe not... Who was around then, what have you all seen of this history? Where are we going? Who were some "famous individuals in tickle history?" Were they good, or bad?
I have a few ideas about the future:
-Will tickling become mainstream? I say no, or probably not, but more on that in a later thread...
-Digital cameras are getting better and better. Videos will become higher quality. (no more grainy VHS-C low lit shaky cameraa crappy videos...) HOWEVER, talent and performance will always be top priority, (laughter, directorial talent-can you light well, keep the camera steady, NOT TALK WHILE TICKLING...or talk as little as possible, only as needed... dress the models in newer ways (once again, more on that in another thread also))
-DVD recordable technology and computers will make editting better and produce higher quality pieces..more angles, no long boring spans... DVD's will not get shredded in a VCR, and are small so can be stored easily and with little space. Their quality will never degrade!
-More companies will emerge, since there are enough companies now that require people to become competitive and create better work. The viewers will be the ones who win out!
-Other companies and websites (Nylon Fantasies, NylonFeetLine.com, etc.) will begin creating tickling work (These two HAVE on my request, but are going slowly...they need a little prodding from you guys, the more who ask, the more photo shoots will be created.) We may even discover ticklephiles in their ranks....
-This community is so unique, a flame free forum, with great people, some of the best on the net, if you compare you guys to the whole of the internet! More and more people will join and this community will be a force to be reckoned with, though we will do no harm, only make people laugh! Our influence will spread to places like Danni's Harddrive, some I may not even know about, and they will create tickling media and will attract some of their people.
Who knows? One thing is certain...YOU must create this change, it won't happen on it's own.
