Sure! I've given the matter some thought and come up with a few suggestions. These are just off the top of my head... if you can't use them, they may at least steer you toward something better:

Town name: Bristle City (or Bristletown); Roughtouch Gulch

Hayley: Hogtie Hayley; Fasthands Flannigan; The Masked Molester; Dangerous Dead-eye McDame (with eye patch)

Vicki: Squawking Chick of the Tendertoes Tribe

Rosie (Pab's Rosie?): Big Red; Sheriff Mullet

Mercy(!): Ducats O'Plenty; Mercy McMoneybags

Sammi-Chan: Shotglass Sammi Lu; Ginger Gin; Bottom's-up Belle
