Also, are you using a Mac or PC and what is your browser (Internet Exploerer [6,7,8], Firefox [2,3], Safari [3,4] Opera, other).

If you're having problems, then others must be too.

BTW, my previews are now in Flash 10 format. So maybe your Flash player just needs to be updated.
