Does anyone remember the old Joan Rivers talk show from the early 1990's. I am not 100 % sure but I believe there was an episode they were doing on the supernatural and ghosts and what not.
Anyway Joan Rivers goes to a supposedly house that is haunted to interview the owner of the home. The owner confirms that they can feel things and hear ghosts and the ghost are always laughing.
So they shown Joan River standing behind a dining room chair or something and Rivers says I wonder if a ghost can feel us and we can make them laugh and maybe they are ticklish, and Rivers proceeds to wiggle her fingers in the air around the chair, saying "tickle tickle tickle, cootchie coothie does that tickle, I am going to get you"
