I attempted to have this RP with a woman on here before, but it never happened (it may not have what she had in mind, but that doesn't mean we couldn't tweak it to her liking)
After Batman managed to re-incarcerate the Joker and Harley Quinn at Arkham Asylum, the Gotham district attorney (you) pledged to provide better security measures to help prevent these repeated escapes and terrorist attacks. However, the measures failed, they got away AGAIN, they also released the rest of the inmates to keep the Batman Family and Gotham PD busy. Because they heard about you on the news while at Arkham, they've managed to abduct you and hold you hostage in cargo container on a carrier. When you awake, they have you tied to two wooden chairs, which then leads to them tickle interrogating you.
