The Mets Are DEAD!

A couple of minutes ago at Citi Field in Flushing, NY, the New York Mets collapse was complete!

They blow a 10 1-2 Game NL East lead to the Atlanta Braves.

Then, they lsse the Wild Card Series to the San Diego Padres.!

Go Home, Edwin Diaz, with your "Trumpets" and your "Narco Song"

Mitchell, I feel for all Met fans, this is awful. I'm a Yankee fan but i root for the Mets especially if the Yankees got knocked out.

Jack, I know I should not get arrogant. You may know that I'm a Braves fan. My team has not even played a game yet, and wont until Tuesday.

I know that the Braves have a tough road ahead of them. They first get the Phillies, and then if the Braves beat the Phillies, they get the winner of the Dodgers-Padres series.

Braves fans like myself cant stand the Mets. I don't like Edwin Diaz, even though I respect Buck Showalter. The Mets just came off as arrogant this whole year, which may be why I'm enjoying this.

Just goes to show ya nobody can really predict whose gonna win what. I mean, the Mets were doing so well all season and then they just kind of fizzled out.
