This should probably go in the Photos section, but I got kind of curious about the actress's name and age so after Googling the world adaptations of The Nanny, I discovered "Fran" is played by Anastasia Zavorotnyuk and a search of Google Images led me to this picture from Russian Maxim taken circa 2005. If you actually look up the actresses from the other worldly versions of the show, some of them are cute too, like the "Fran" from the Greek adaptation.
