The New Doctor Who T. V. Series...

I managed to get an advance copy of the first episode of the newest regeneration of Doctor Who, scheduled to be broadcast officially in less than a fortnight (two weeks for us Yanks), and was very pleased with it. It had the quirky, alternating light-hearted banter with impending danger that hallmarked the series in its heyday. I think it has a good chance of survival, as well as a funny Doctor and an (as usual) attractive companion. If you can, check it out!

It's nice to hear a positive attitude toward the new show. Most of the internet critics who got the advance look have been blasting it to pieces. As a longtime Whovian, I look forward to the new show.
