After being tickled insane for years, the jesters are craving ticklish revenge against the queen. The jesters discover the queen's magical powers come from her wand. One day while the queen is tickling a jester to insanity on the bottoms of her stocking feet in the laughing dungeon, 2 brave jesters sneak into the queen's chambers and to their astonishment they discover the queen forgot her wand in her chambers instead of taking it with her in the inside pocket of her robe.
The 2 jesters rush back to their fellow jesters and show them the wand. Every jester's eyes light up with such excitement they can't stand it. The jesters formulate a plan for their revenge.
They spend the next few hours creating a secret laughing dungeon with the wand. The secret dungeon has rows of seats for observers and the perfect contraption for merciless tickle torture. An inescapable box exposing the queen's head, hands and horribly ticklish stocking feet. The queen has notoriously ticklish feet. She simply can't handle it. She almost laughed to death a few years ago when a few mischievous jesters tickled her stocking feet for fun. They ended up in the laughing dungeon for 2 years!
The queen bursts into the room full of jesters and demands to know where her wand is. She approaches a jester who has a huge smirk on her face and confronts her. All the jesters surround the queen and begin poking lightly at her sides. The queen is furious but helpless without her wand. All of a sudden, the jester with the wand casts an impossible spell on the queen. The queen is instantly transported to the secret dungeon and appears inside the inescapable box. Her shoes are gone and her silky black stocking feet are exposed and completely vulnerable. Her wrists are trapped in padded holes and her head is trapped in another. She is powerless to do anything but watch the jesters do their worst.
The jester with the wand crafts a devilish little spell. She announces to the queen "you cannot laugh to death. You cannot even pass out. You no longer have the need to eat, drink, sleep or pee." The jesters are all giggling and clapping knowing the queen is about to go mad.
20 jesters fill the rows of seats. They are all dying to watch the queen lose her mind laughing. A pair of jesters approach the queen's feet and begin tickling up a storm on her silky soles. The queen erupts into hysterical laughter. Her hands are flailing like crazy. There is nothing she can do but laugh and watch the jesters drive her nuts.

As the first pair of jesters walk away with huge grins on their faces another pair of jesters approach the queen's feet and immediately resume the hysterical torture.
