Any idea who this girl is, where the whole pic is, and where to get more? If this is a repost, I apologize, I just couldn't think of the search criteria this fell under.
 
That is a character from TomatoDragon. If you do a search for him on the forum you will find many of his drawings. He also sells whole comics at MTJpub.com 🙂
