The Sunday night season premiere of the Simpsons had a quick tickle shot in it. The scene was about a super hero who got his powers by touching comic books with other super heros in them. The one comic book he touched had a picture of a super hero who had Hitler wrapped up and was tickling his feet with a feather. There was also something on the cover that mentioned something about a feather, but I couldn't read it entirely.
 
That was Plastic Man. He has actually tickled a villain in his time. I am just going to extrapolate the title, as it couldn't be totally read. It might have been Feather Die Fuhrer.
 
It was something like . . .

"A feather for the Fuehrer."
