There is an episode in which Santa's Little Helper (the Bart's dog) licks Willie (the school caretaker)'s feet in a lead of aeration of the school... has someone that clip? Thanks thanks thanks.

The episode in question is "Sweet Seymour Skinner's Badassssssssssss Song" (yeah, that really is it's title 😀). You can probably find it on one of the officially released Simpsons videos, though having seen it, I don't think it's particularly worth finding (it's no more than a second or two in length).
