The #1 team in the Big 12 just freaking LOST to the Longhorns, ranked #5 last time I checked.

Everyone knows I hate the damn Sooners, but this was just.......UN-FUCKING-BELIEVABLE! I fully expected them to win, especially with Bradford/ Iglesias matchup. They were fine in the 1st half. I must admit there were more than a few bad calls from the officials, but the defense shoulda played much better.

Poor McCoy......I think he's gonna start getting death threats pretty soon here. He should probably think about getting into the Witness Protection program, lol.

Congrats, Mac.......you did it!

Unfortunately, this puts more fuel to the fire for the Texas/Ok State game in a couple of weeks, and of course the OU/OSU bedlam game next month.

Can't WAIT to see the new rankings next week!!!! Sooner fans--here's a tissue.:rotate:

What did you expect?

When was the last time Bob Stoops won a significant game and/or won a game to win/get to the BCS title game?

I'm not surprised the Sooners lost.

They'be lost in big games before.
 
Well, you know, with all the trash-talk from the damn fans, you would think Stoops is presidential material. But, you are right. They've lost big games before. But their schedule has been cake up until now, so it was bound to happen.
 
I see I'm not the only one plotting my revenge here.......
 
That was one of the worst officiated games I've ever seen. 2 phantom roughing the passer calls, a running into the kicker call with no one running into the kicker, interception in the end zone not called, and the replays... pitiful.
 
The longhorns got my attention when they beat the favored USC Trojans in the National Championship Rose Bowl game a few years ago, despite USC having eventual heisman trophy winners quarterback carson Palmer (or was it Matt Leinart? :idunno: ) and Reggie Bush on the team. Texas quarterback Vince Young just took over that game in the final minutes.

I wouldnt put any money against Texas when they are really motivated.

I was hoping the Tigers would be the new No. 1 but now Kansas is smiling today! Tied in the North!

The Big XII is the best, and I'm proud of them this year!

Oh well, there goes the hope for a national title..................NOT, ha ha we only dropped 3 spots to number four. Thats right after losing to texas we are still the number 4 ranked team in the country. By the way Oklahoma state is ranked 8th and the new number one is texas and they have to play missouri this week, go tigers.:wavingguy

Oklahoma should have won that game. Say what you want about Bob Stoops, but he is a good coach and don't forget he has beaten Texas before.

I know i'll catch hell for this, but watch the Thanksgiving night game with Texas and Texas A&M. The Aggies will kick their butts again.

I may be a TAMU fan, but they/we are not good this year... I'll still root for them, but I'll go nuts if they beat any of the Big-12 elite

Dang I guess there not...........YES THEY ARE!!!!! Texas fel to 3 while the sooners are 2 in the BCS so OU will play for the big 12 title.:gbtoast:

Gee, that was nice winning the big 12. Well I guess we'll get ready for next season.........................................wait, what was that? Could it be?Yes it's true THE OKLAHOMA SOONERS are playing the florida gators for the national championship. And the party continues!:rockon:
