The Spider Friends (stuff/F)

Anyone else remember the Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends saturday morning cartoon? You have to really be a child of the (early) 80's to be overly familiar with it. I loved watching it back in the day!

Anyway, today I discovered I have some Disney cartoon station and they had a whole block of Marvel cartoons on, from 8pm to midnight. It was great! Anyway, one of the shows was the Amazing Friends! I had a blast watching it, brought back a lot of memories.

So anyway, I sat down and drew this up! It's Spider-Man and Iceman having a laugh at Firestars expense. Firestars stupid dog Ms. Lyon finally gets something worthwhile to do as well. So, does anyone else remember this cartoon?

NOTE:
Before the "is/was she a minor" police start wondering, Firestar was attending Empire State University and her given age was 19 on the show. Feel free to look it up. 🙂

Now that was a fantasy when I was a little kid, except it was me and not them doing it to her. I loved that show.

I think its safe to say that a lot of us kids watching Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends wanted to tickle Firestar. She was a cutie, a red head, wore a skin tight costume...what were we supposed to think? lol
