Though I'm not a 'lee, I have often pondered this very topic, as it has always seemed as though females made better ticklers than males in general. I am a foot/tickle fetishist who loves cute female 'lees; I am also a connoisseur of tickling media. While I used to prefer m/f tickling (video-wise) it has become increasingly apparent to me that many of the males in the videos I have seen left much to be desired as ticklers, and that the females were often far more adept at it.
Well, in my opinion this is because most of the female ticklers I've seen in action are generally less inhibited on many levels. For one thing, that means they "get into it" much more; they don't mind letting people see that they enjoy what they're doing, as opposed to the males, who seem to be afraid that getting too into the tickling is some sort of slight against their masculinity. This is reflected in everything, from verbal taunting (which females seem far more comfortable engaging in, and which is an essential part of the tickling to me) to technique; because females have a better understanding of their own bodies than males, it should come as no surprise that they would be more familiar with their own sensitivities, and the best way to stimulate them, which results in more effective tickling techniques.
I hope I'm not offending anybody. These may seem like gross generalizations, but they're just theories I've formulated based on some of my observations.
And, on a final note, as somebody already mentioned... those nails are just hot! 😉
