I don't mean to be funny, but I just resubscribed and I see no updated content since the last time I was a member of your site. In fact I don't think you have updated your current site ever...correct me if I am wrong.

I do like your material and look forward to anything new you guys make, but advertising what appears on the surface to be an update to your site when you haven't actually updated anything does leave me feeling a little cheated. Oh well, $5.95 is bugger all so it's no great loss.

Good luck with your new material, I have always especially liked your audition clips where the girls have their feet up on the desk. Also...Daniela is a hottie! I'd love to see her audition, I can't see it on the site currently.

We are adding Daniela's audition Monday the 5th along with a few other new clips as well, so you can look forward to some great footage. As for the thread you mentioned, we want one of our lucky members to have a chance to meet the girls and do some tickling, we simply ment only to let you and all the others know about this amazing oppertunity to be involved in our next production. Last time I was a member of your site, it would not work on my Mac at all. I then borrowed a Windows computer to download the clips, only to find that they were all streaming clips which I couldn't download.
So I had to find them in the Temporary Internet Files in order to get them at all and finally be able to view them on my own computer.
That is a hell of a roundabout way of having to get at the clips a membership is supposed to bring and makes the $5.00 not as cheap as all that.

...To be honest $5.95 is VERY cheap for the streaming vidclip archive the site offers.

Hi Mart, All the clips work great on apple computers as well as PC computers, All you have to do is click play. We have many customers that use both, only one customer with an old apple computer needed to download a plugin, and he was able to view the clips immediately after contacting us. In your thread you mention last time your apple had a problem, then why bring this up now, and why not contact us so we could help you? We never let a problem go unresolved. I mailed both you and the billing company repeatedly and received a couple of answers, then the site went offline for a bit and I never heard again.

If you got answers, then you were helped. If you needed more help, you should have written back that same day, or same week, not months later, that doesn't make much sense. Also, we never sold a membership before to view all the clips, so your story is really not adding up, we only offered one clip per purchase at a time, unlike now, we offer all the clips from volume#1 and volume#2 all for just $5.95. We've never had an issue with customer service, we have a great reputation for responding within one working day, as you see here, for each letter you have written we've responded, you should have written to us then the way you are writing to us now when you had this so called problem, we would have helped you. Also, we have Apple computers and PC computers, they all play the clips with great quality. Thank you, TickleFactory.com
