For me it isn't the tickling that does it. If that were true I would get excited tickling anyone even if they weren't ticklish. I think it has to do with more of the submission. A definite YES! to your question. If I like someone and get to tickle them (with or without restraints) it is a real turn on. Just watching the movements, sounds and reactions of the other person allows you to almost feel it on your own skin!!

Tickling for me is only done with someone I would want to have sex with.

Being tickled most of the time does not get me thinking about sex. Unless my boyfriend is doing it, and he has 'that look' in his eye.
