"The Vault" New York?

Comrades who are in and or around the New York vicinity, I have been told there was a fetish bd sm club called "The Vault" that used to be in Manhattan but then moved to Brooklyn.
Is this Club still in existence? If so, where is it now located?

No, it didn't last long in its Brooklyn location. It no longer exists.

The only BDSM club left in New York (as opposed to commercial dungeon) is Paddles at 250 West 26th Street.

What about tickle torture clubs? Any of those exist in NYC where you can just walk in an get tickled without the nudity and creepy leather masks and whips and stuff? I've never actually experienced it before (I don't know if I'm even really ticklish) and am curious as to what it's like.

The old vault was pretty seedy, anyway. The " house mistresses" gave hand jobs to the male patrons, and it was dirty.

I have never heard of a tickle torture club such as you describe in NYC.

There are certainly commercial dungeons that will be happy to honor your request for no nudity, no masks, and no whips for a tickling session.

The Paddles place looks pretty cool (insofar as the Crime and Punishment event and the chair in the third picture on the "Tour" link look pretty cool, though I don't think the former would get one anything but a spanking sentence). The problem is it seems to be geared towards the spanking fetish. I like the fact that it seems (at least from the absence of any links to book a session) to be geared toward walk-ins, but I'd rather not walk in and get beaten half to death with a wooden paddle. Anybody have any experience with this place?

I agree with what was said here and Paddle is 90 percent spanking with some whipping and caneing thrown in and of course bondage.
As for Tickling Clubs. There are none.
Dungeons will do it to you but it is a pay for play on the meter by the hour.
Not the same.

A commercial dungeon is a place where Dommes, switches, and submissives can be hired by the hour. You go there by appointment only, the appointment usually being with a particular woman. The fees vary but don't expect to pay less than $200 per hour.

A BDSM dungeon such as Paddles charges admission but no hourly fee. There is, obviously, no assurance that you will find anybody that you want to play with there, nor that anybody will want to play with you.
