Here's an interesting tidbit. The voice of April O'Neil from the 1987 cartoon series was Renae Jacobs.

I provided a photo of her.

They could have user her as a model for the April O'Neil Character.

At least we know she has a great laugh. 😉

I wonder if she is ticklish and where. 😉

I just googled TMNT, found the 1987 cartoon listing in IMDB. Found her name. Did an Google image search for Renae Jacobs+TMNT and voila.
