Just want to let you know that tcm had a tribute to thelma todd on monday and they were showing some of her shorts. When I had the time I watched some of it since 2 mainstream female foot tickling scenes are already posted on here from 2 shorts and OMG I couldn't believe how much tickling I saw watching those couple episodes! The shorts are kind of like the three stooges or laurel and hardy, its about a comedy duo doing slapstick humor but it involves 2 girls. One of them is always Thelma Todd, a hot blonde and the other is a cute brunette, either Patsy Kelly Or Zasu Pitts. Anyway it seems it's usually the brunette who is the real tickish character. In one episode the girls were at a spa and when it was time for the massage Zasu Pitts was on the table and the female who was massaging her pulled out some sort of massaging vibrater. Zasu Pitts protested and said it felt funny but she ended up being held down for like 15 seconds while she protested and was tickled all over by it as she howled with laughter! In another episode the girls were in a crowded store where a big sale was going on for sheets. Anyway a cop that was with them because he thought Zasu was the the chiefs daughter (long story) and was helping them. To move through the crowd of women the cop starts tickling women's sides from behind who all laugh hysterically, except whenever he comes to a blonde who turns out to be Thelma Todd, who instead of laughing turns around and punches him. Real funny actually. The cop's face expressions while doing the tickling was hysterical! All those shorts seem to be real funny and its like a dream come true for me because I remember watching comedy shorts growing up where men starred and I always hoped to see some of the female characters get tickled but it usually ended up being the male leads. Well in the Thelma Todd series the roles seem to be reversed! It's the girls doing the silly, funny stuff and yes, sometimes getting tickled! Besides from those 2 scenes I named I also saw some small parts in other episodes where mice and in one episode, a monkey, got under the girls shirts which caused some short funny ticklish reations. Not only that but I saw quite a few scenes where the girls didn't have shoes on and were either barefoot or nylons. Very sexy! I wish I would of known about these shorts sooner but hey, better late then never! I wander if there are any other comedy shorts like these that involve females that aren't as popular and shown a lot like the three stooges. I can't wait to see all the other thelma todd shorts and I looked on imdb and there's a lot!
