Therapy tickling

I agree, T community is what causes the sexual "fetish" connotation. I do not even believe this is true or accurate representation in that regard, and feel that the T community simply accepted and adopted this connotation because it is how it was presented upon finding the community. "fetish" does not need to be sexual. My understanding of the word when finding the community was along the lines of idol, obsession, worship ( essentially a very strong liking of ). This can be attributed to anything. People often use the term to describe their love for things like pursues, shoes, etc.

As for regulations, I can understand how they would need to go beyond teaching techniques of tickling. As with standard massage, there is need for knowledge of things, health related, to take into consideration in performance, and the business side. At the same time, this feels an infringement upon freedom because perhaps that should also fall upon responsibility of client to make aware of issues they have and to avoid them during the service. Massage can require very strong, deep touch. Tickling on other hand, while it may require firmer, is not on the same level.

I actually think that tickling presented as therapy would have to have a very detailed consent form with a lot of legalese...and I would expect the participants would want a neutral third party present (for legal protections and maybe personal safety). As the LER I would want to make sure we had the LEE's boundaries very well spelled out, and even then a witness to be able to say I didn't overstep, either by tickling much harder than desired or that I put my hands where they 'didn't belong'... I was a trusted friend of the women I've tickled platonically, and we had a relationship of good understanding before we even went into the tickling sessions...But tbh I know from even my own experience as LER that you could get caught up in the moment and it would be easy to keep going without thinking about the Lee's state of mind....That only happened to me once (search bowling alley girl for that tickling story/comment)...
But I would worry about a LER overstepping the tickle boundaries or attempting more than tickling...And that is obviously a probelm. I know a woman who met a guy for two sessions ...first was at her home and she had no one else present,,, the LER attempted to kiss her before the tickling session. She went ahead with it but was worried the whole time ...and restrained as well.....but nothing happened ...but a repeat session they met in a theater for a session where there were some patrons around (for her feeling of safety)...
But in any situations whether a clinic or massage spa, you have to have trustworthy participants..thats the bottom line.
