there's this girl I've been hanging out with....should I or shouldn't I?

So this girl that I hang around isn't my GF per se. We just hangout one of those things. Once in a while when I walk by her I give her a few pokes on her sides and she jumps and shouts "stop it" one time I briefly tickled under her arm while it was raised up and she kinda laughed and told me and I quote "stop it, its not funny" so I was wondering...

You need a third option in your poll. Perhaps you should stop it for now and be nice, and if you have any interest in her then pursue that. If she likes you, and when it is appropriate, try displaying some affection, affection that you can use as a segue to tickling. A little more here, a little more there, and she's knows it's what you want to do, so that then you might get away with it a bit more often. If she doesn't like you, however, then there really isn't much point to it all anyway.

If it's a "Stop it you jerk", you guys are just friends, and you potentially want more, I wouldnt risk pissing her off. If it does develop into a bf/gf thing eventually, you can then tell her about your enjoyment of tickling, etc.
