Hello,

can anyobody tell me, what is wrong? If i delete the 3 numbers (002) from the second file I receive the message that the file cannot be renamed.

Don't delete the numbers (001,002, etc.). You need to delete the .rar so that hjsplit will recognize the format, which are the 3 digit numbers.

Delete only the .rar from each file, leave the numbers, and then try again with HJSplit.

Intofemfeet, do you have Windows configured to show all file extensions, as described in this thread? If you do, try saving each part (as "all files") without the .rar following the numbers.
