Oh, most definitely. Every single time I got to the doctor or gynocologist, they have to press on my stomach. I'm learning my upper body doesn't respond as much to light tickling, but that deep poking and muscle tickling (it's UNBEARABLE). Anyway, I have a water cyst near my left hip and every time I go to either doctor, they find it and have to push and prod the shit out of it. And I'm lying on this table, doing my damndest to not laugh. Sometimes it's a female doctor, sometimes it's a male. Each time, I'm begging in my mind, "Please stop, please stop" or "don't you dare laugh." It's so mortifying for me and I think they know it's because I'm ticklish, so they don't say anything.
Does it turn me on? Not really. It's embarrassing. Tickling has contexts. A friend of mine can tickle me and I won't get turned on because the context is wrong. But when my boyfriend decides to dig his fingers in my underarms for ten minutes at a time (which he is doing more often, by the way)? Yes. I'm ready to go right then. .. no wonder he's been doing it more often.
