Does anybody miss the days when if someone found a news story/editorial that they thought was interesting, they'd give you enough of a summary to actually start discussion? I do.

9 times of 10 I just don't feel like following YouTube links. It takes however long the damn video is, vs. the short time it takes to read a summary.

So, someone who's seen it, wanna give a summary?

Basically, this guy is talking about George Bush Vetoing a bill that stopped Waterboarding (the act in dowsing or submerging a persons head under water for periods of time) being a legal torture, if there is such a thing.

But in the video he's glad that it's not been outlawed because he says it's an "effective form of disciplining your children". So he ties his kid down to a table and covers his kid with a towel and then pours water from a bucket over the kid's head.
Half way through, the kid is replaced with a doll and it looks as if the kid is dead...

I sorta lost commitment in the summary... basically it's a sick "sarcastic joke" about Waterboarding being permitted. =/
