I remember that tomorrow people episode very well. Pity that only the male tomorrow person got tickled with the boots on.
The concept is ace. I would like to expand it to tickling panties and have been planning to write stuff along those lines.

Interestinly enough, when i was a young kid, in the mid 80's, i remember a show (cartoon) called "Rocket Robin hood". During one episode, the sheriff of notingham was showing a captive in the dungeon teh various torture methods they had, and one of them was "tickling boots". They only made a quick mention of it, but it';s always stuck with me.
