You'll have to manually do SAVE AS and change the extension to FLV. Alternately, grab yourself a copy of Firefox (What, you're STILL using IE??? Whatinhell is wrong with you?) and get the VideoDownloader plug-in. It works a treat! Http://videodownloader.net
Note that on hideously long videos like the first one, you have to wait until it's fully cached before the plug-in can grab the URL.

Another option is to toddle over to your browser's cache, and view BY DATE. The video will be the biggest file with the most recent date. I can't help you here, 'cos there's just TOO many darned places it could be, depending on OS version, browser version, and which browser you're using. I moved mine, so I can't even help you with IE any longer. That's what Google is for. Also, there's undoubtedly a FAQ here on how to save files.
