The tickler name is Annabelle, but I'm not sure it's Annabelle Genovisi (photos of her below). It doesn't look like her, although maybe she just looks different in this video and Annabelle Genovisi has more of a raspy voice then what the tickler is this video seems too.

After doing more analyzing, im more certain it is Genovisi. someone needs to confirm this. i must know!
