Scarlett finds the Hitachi, and uses it with great effect on Serene's ribs, and then uses it on her wriggling toes and ticklish arches through the nylons. This is truly an "all over" tickle, as Scarlett never stays in one place long, and truly torments Serene from her head down to her ticklish little toes! Scarlett forces poor Serene to decline the promotion she was offered...and takes her job! Will Serene ever get her revenge on Scarlett and Jacquelyn?
