Tickle dilemma

A girl at university in my hall is always showing off her underarms, always wearing tank tops and raising her arms, just asking for them to be tickled! They always soft looking and smooth. She is a friend, she cute, tall, blonde and always hyper and I really want to see if they are ticklish, how should I got about doing this? As things like tied/bondage are out of the question obviously.

true true. being in a similar situation myself i suggest u make playful banter with her, then give her a little tickle from behind on the tummy, then if she turns and goes after u turn it into a tickle fight!!
