as far as dungeons, there arent any commercial ones per se. the only dungeons in tampa are just ones that individual mistrisses have and the ones in tampa area do NOT do submissive sessions, at least all the ones ive called. varietys on osbourne rd in drew park has a little dungeon room, as does devine decadence that i mentioned.
