Tickle Factory still charging my account

I saw a mysterious charge on my account, seven bucks so i wasnt worried and thought it was from a clip i bought. So i see it again today and i decide to call and it turns out Tickle Factory has been charging me 7 bucks a month despite the site being down -_-
