tickle japan (or whatever) vids

I've got a couple of tapes from Tickle Japan (whatever they're now called)and I am wondering if 1 they sell outside Japan again and 2 anyone can offer a review of the animated video they have.

I two have some tk japan vids,the jewels of my collection.They dont sell outside japan yet,but a guy is selling them on ebay now!
As for the anime,I heard it sucked.The tickling was weak.
