I'm a pretty shy person too, but I have a tickle me elmo shirt. It kinda help me get out of my shell due to the responses from wearing it. When I wear it to school, few of my classmates give me pokes to the sides and ribs and when I wear out to go dancing you get thousands. You also get interesting conversations with people and sometimes finding out some are ticklephile just like you.
