Tickle podcasts

Does anyone have any good tickle podcasts that they know of? I’m surprised there aren’t more of these, considering the aspects of science, social integration, fetish, etc.

I’ve often thought of starting one to analyze all things tickling.

I've thought about this same thing! I think a lot of the more niche kinks/fixations for a lot of people in those communities come with the feeling of being more reserved about it for all kinds of secondary reasons like shyness, embarrassment, the feeling of being misunderstood, etc. For some reason, I feel like I've seen this manifest more in the tickling community than almost any other kink. I hope that changes over time, and maybe it's in the process of it somewhat now. The reason I say that is I think it has impacted people's willingness to associate themselves to it in a way that's more available to wider audiences. I've certainly considered it, but I probably won't for a lot of the same reasons.

Mostly I've only heard it brought up as either a mention within a broader episode, or an episode dedicated to it (usually in relation to the Tickled documentary), and not a podcast dedicated to it specifically. Maybe the few who would be willing don't appreciate the breadth of things that could be covered in such a podcast? Not sure. I did come across a few over the years that had good intentions, but were maybe poorly structured and short-lived. If I recall them correctly, they were not on standard podcast platforms. I've long forgotten the names due to not being what I was looking for–Maybe someone will bring one of those up. There was also...what was it called? The radio episodes from RobAce. It's been a long time. While it had a lot of novelty at the time, it predates a lot of what we think of being a podcast today (I'm not sure if it's still available anywhere).

Maybe there's something out there I don't know about that someone else will bring up (I hope so). I think it would be a great idea for someone to create an exploratory tickling podcast. If you are still considering doing so yourself, you certainly have my moral support and encouragement, as well as my respect for being willing to put yourself out there to that degree. If you don't, I definitely understand and don't think less of you for it.

I was going to post something similar to this awhile back. I have thought about making a tickling podcast, but didn't know if anyone would be interested. I do have many years of experience making tickling videos and feel like like I could offer a unique perspective. I would want to offer folks the chance to call in and ask questions. I also feel like a co host would be good. I have more free time than most people, so it could be fun

Ah, that's one of them I was thinking of. No disrespect to the host or anything like that, but it wasn't really my style, though maybe I need to revisit more episodes and see if there was much evolution. I think it is no longer being produced, but I'll have to look closer at some point.

I agree with you. I’ve listened to those episodes before, but I think it was a much earlier podcast. It was definitely unique for the time, but I think there could be better production, quality of material, and overall direction in a new format. I also think there would be the opportunity to have people from the community talk through their experiences.

Definitely! I'd like to see the broader tickling community grow and evolve. I still think we're an ultra rare niche in the grand scheme of things, but there's also still more of us out there than feel comfortable engaging in the current state of it all. Also, a number of people have the tickling seed planted within them and it just hasn't sprouted due to not having the right environment. I think that the more points of entry there are for those people, the richer the garden becomes, so to speak. For the community and culture, raising the bar for content, ideas, and engagement around tickling would benefit all members, new and old. I think more awareness around it all and something like a podcast where ideas and feelings can be communicated in a more human friendly way would help with all of that.
