Martha Rodgers ,(Susan Sullivan), the mother of Richard Castle, (Nathan Fillion), said Tickle Toe Red when choosing nail polish with her grand daughter.
 
If I remember correctly she was tickled herself in the eighties on an episode of Falcon Crest. Her pregnant character had her feet up on the coffee table while her husband rubbed them. In response to a remark she made he gave her a quick tickle. If I remember correctly she squealed then giggled for a second. I always wish I couls see that scene again.
 
What was the plot of the episode? I could try to find it on bittorrent.
