If I'm not mistaken, one of the owners of FootParadise.com and TicklingParadise.com is the cartoonist. I have seen some still pics of a video that they made where they created a "Wall of Pleasure" just like that.

You're right the cartoonist is kamino (i believe than that is his name or nickname). That is a cartoon from a video called "Tickle slaves", as the title of this thread.
