hey everyone. where is an actual store where i can buy tickle stuff...stocks, tools etc...can anyone name some places besides online that i can go and get some stuff?

Depends on where you live.I doubt that you can by stocks from a store though.Try the adult book stores in your area for some basic bondage stuff,and as far as tools go,use you imagination and try out anything that looks intresting.......

If you have acess to Manhattan, NYC there are The Pussycat boutique, downstairs on the north side of West 4th street just west of 6th avenue, and The Pleasure Chest, on the west side of 7th avenue one or two short blocks south of West 12th street.
For items classified as furniture (stocks and pillory, rack, St. Andrew's Cross) I think Blackthorne custom furniture, on the north side of Crosby Street between Broadway and Lafayette Street, will build them if approached circumspectly, BUT; they make only VERY high quality stuff and THEY AIN'T CHEAP.
