I have an idea for a tickle game called the Timer Countdown Competiton.
It involves 2 lees, 2 timers, and an even number of Lers (4 would work best).
Both Lees are tied down next to eachother with timer near them that they cannot see.
Both timers are set to the same pre determined time.
Both timers are started and 2 lers tickle each lee. At any time, either lee can yell "tickle her/him!" When they do, all 4 lers tickle the other person, but their timer stops for the one not being tickled. The lee being tickled by all 4 lers can then yell "tickle her/him!" causing the lers to stop their timer, resume the other timer and tickle the other lee.
The tickling goes back and forth until one timer hits zero.
As soon as one lee's timer runs out, they win.
The lers untie that one lee, and all 5 people get to tickle the other lee for the remainder of their time, plus a pre determined penalty time.
Example: Two lees (Lets call them Alexia and Bianca) are being tickled by 2 lers each. Alexia yells "tickle her!". The lers stop Alexia's timer and all 4 tickle Bianca. Bianca's timer continues while the lers tickle her.
Bianca then yells "tickle her!" when she can't take the tickling anymore. Bianca's timer is stopped, Alexia's is resumed from where it was left off, and the 4 lers tickle Alexia.
They go back and fourth a few times until Alexia's timer hits zero and she wins. The lers untie Alexia and she gets to help the lers tickle Bianca for Bianca's remiaining time and an extra 2 minutes penalty time they agreed on before the game.

Possible Alternatives/Additions:
-2 Lers would also work for this game if 4 are not available.
-If one lee is much more ticklish than the other, they could be given a shorter time.
-Clothing removal could also be incorperated either when a lee is about to be tickled again, or as a penalty for sending the lers to the other lee. This may require untieing the lee which would slow the game down.
-3 (or more) lees could work too. The lee being tickled woild have to name the person they wanted to send the lers after. (Alexia could yell "tickle Bianca!" or "tickle Christina!" To send the lers away)
