French knights scour the land for the last vestiges of cathar heresy.

This poor wench has been accused of associating with Cathars - and is currently under questioning by her captor, Sir Guillaume Le Fort.

Religion bars non-clergy from ministering torture on suspect heretics - but Sir Guillaume found a way to obtain a confession without harming his prisoner.

Securely chained beneath Le Fort's manor, no one will hear her plights for help.
Not in her present predicament..."

I did a quick check on it... Cathar heresy had been eradicated earlier and I wasn't sure on the date. 😀

But, frankly... history's not the point, here! 😀

I'm presently working on the colour version
Last night I coloured the girl. Took a lifetime, trying to make her body glisten with sweat. I'll post it later, when the knight and the background are finished. 🙂
