[Kalamos]

"Dark Elves often resorted to murder to foil their brethrens' plans.

To her misfortune, this assassin's mission went awry and her target escaped death by a mere inch.

Before she could poison herself to avoid payback, Elven guards captured and subdued her.

Despising cruder ways to punish crimes, the High Sorceress decided to strap the assassin to the Grappler Tree.

Just a light caress, and the Dark Elven maid burst into laughters.
The High Sorceress allowed herself a wicked smile.

Torturing Dark Elves had never been so fun..."

I'm keen on knowing why you all prefer a version over another.
Friends of mine told me my monochrome pics are "truer" to my style; but I know colour pics are more vivid.

Of course feel free to suggest ideas or make requests.
I'm not consistent, but if an idea catches my fancy - given time 😀 😀 😀 - I'll happily do a pic for you. 🙂

Since you are seemingly so good at Fantasy art would you mind doing a fairy pic for me? I don't have any preference other than that, you can let your creative side run wild. Alternatively if you feel that is not enough to work from I can give additional details if you so wish.

I've an earlier pic posted under the "Zombies tickled my neighbour" thread.

It's way less showy, but... I was still adjusting to tk pics.


Now, why is fantasy tk art so scarce? Dunno, maybe fantasy is now mostly an anime subgenre... So western fantasy is rarer - and so are western fantasy tk pics.

I usually do "normal" fantasy pics. I was keen on adding the "tk variant". And, as it seems, you liked the way they turned out. 🙂


I'm glad you liked the short story. I feel it completes the pic a bit. It gives some context too.


Now I know you like them, I'll try and post more.
So far I've done one request - and I have 5 more to do.

I can't really promise when I'll do them, but keep reminding me. 🙂

see the 3rd Lord of the Rings in Germany,
(I found it beautiful by the way), so
I love to see tk drawings in that context
and with that atmosphere...

I was a bit skeptical about the Lord of the Rings. I've seen the two previous episodes and I must say - so far - they "looked right". They didn't look cheap or fake. I just find the human chars looked a bit too "dirty", but it's just my idea of polished high fantasy.
Middle Ages prolly looked and smelled quite BAD.

Oh, a tidbit for ya: I'm working on a NEW pic. And this time it's set... aye, you got it: in a MEDIEVAL DUNGEON.
It will be M/F, for a change and...
