Over the past few years there has been a rash of independant publishers trying their hand at the tickling e-comics. Most have been of low quality,
and although this new book is not high caliber, it is a decent try. The art style is reminicent of Tomato Dragon along with several manga/anime flavors. The artwork needs refinement in the basic anatomy, but like Bandito's work (which also suffers in this area) it has it's own charm that allows one to look past the flaws. The level of detail on pages is inconsistent, but a great deal of effort goes into the pages that receive it. The art gets a 4 out 10 and the story gets 6 out of 10 while the price gets a 10 out of 10. With 42 pages for $5, you can't go wrong. I give this book a 6.6 with a special recommendation for it's price.
