I just wanted Chris to know I did not forget about him. A few things have happened this week that have taken up most of my time.
I'll make sure I post something later but in the meantime, I made a post that wasn't exactly a complaint, but certainly wasn't flattering to Chris and his company.
Chris really took my post to heart and over the course of a few emails explained his philosophy and really went above and beyond what it takes to turn someone into a happy customer.
At this time I'm NOT going to post a critique of the latest Tickling Challenge vid clip that I've obtained which DOES not mean I think it's bad or good. I'll do that at a later time. I wanted this to focus on Chris, his business and as a businessman.
The guy is first class, first rate, and is a model for what all Tickling Producers should be. I was extremely impressed with his patience especially consider I suggested another company could take his idea and do it better. Many would have flipped over that and made dubious claims of copywrite infringement. Chris asked why I thought as I did and went WAY beyond what I would consider as necessary in order to keep me as a potential customer.
By the way, if you get a chance to get his recent Emily series you won't be wasting your money. The one where her hands are tied above her head standing is very good.
