The FBI's Kobe Lee is hot on the case, but Rachel knows just where to tickle. Feet, thighs, and underarms. Drug-fueled, heightened sensory awareness. And a particularly twisted use of a feather. A darker side of Tickle Chicks you may not have seen before, Agent Kobe's Tickle Interrogation may ask more questions than it answers.
